突发！加拿大EE官宣打分改革：完整职业名单公布

10月16日，加拿大移民部长莉娜·迪亚布（Lena Metlege Diab）在安大略省基奇纳宣布了快速通道EE的重要改革：

高薪职业将获得更多CRS分数；
符合条件的Job Offer不再需要LMIA；
且新规则将于2026年11月3日正式生效。

不过，这次改革听起来简单，具体加分怎么算分却没那么容易弄明白。

哪些人能加分、哪些人不能加分？所谓“高薪”到底看个人工资还是看职业类别？工作经验和Job Offer能不能同时加分？

还有20分、40分、70分、100分，以及最高150分，这些数字到底是什么意思？

今天，我们先把最重要的评分变化和完整职业名单讲清楚。

什么是EE的“高薪职业”？

首先要明确：不是你的工资高，就一定能获得新加分。

IRCC看的是职业，而不仅是某个人的实际工资。

具体来说，加拿大移民局根据全国职业分类（NOC），比较某个职业的全国工资中位数与加拿大整体劳动力的工资中位数。

如果一个职业的工资中位数达到全国整体基准的1.3倍及以上，就可能被列入高薪职业名单。

IRCC把符合条件的职业分为三个等级：

例如，一个人的实际工资可能很高，但如果他的NOC职业不在官方名单中，就不能因为个人工资高而获得这次新增的高薪职业分数。

而如果想获得加分，必须要同时满足实际工资和该职业NOC的中位数工资都要达到移民局的倍数要求，才能实现加分。

所以，判断自己能不能受益，既要看工资单，也要查NOC代码的中位数工资。

IRCC表示，这份名单根据2023年至2025年的工资数据制定，并会使用Job Bank、劳动力调查及人口普查等数据进行评估。

新规则到底怎么加分？

这次新增的评分，主要有两条路径：

第一条：你在加拿大有符合条件的高薪职业工作经验；

第二条：你拥有符合条件的高薪职业Job Offer（工作邀请）。

两种情况对应的分数如下：

有加拿大工作经验的人

如果你在符合条件的高薪职业中，累计拥有至少一年加拿大工作经验，就可能获得额外的20分、40分或70分。

这里的一年，指至少12个月或1,560小时符合要求的加拿大工作经验。

符合条件的经验可以是连续的，也可以是不连续的；可以来自一份工作，也可以按规定合并多份工作。

但要注意，这部分是额外加分，并不取代原有的加拿大工作年限分。

例如：

一名没有随行配偶的申请人，在加拿大拥有一年符合条件的工作经验，原本可以获得40分加拿大工作经验分数。

如果这份工作属于第一档高薪职业，新规下还可能额外获得70分。

那么，他在这一评分路径下的分数就是：40＋70＝110分。

如果工作经验达到五年及以上，原有加拿大工作年限分最高为80分，再加上第一档高薪职业的70分：80＋70＝150分。这就是今天大家看到的“最高150分”。

不过，如果申请人有随行配偶或同居伴侣，加拿大工作年限分最高为70分，因此这一因素的总上限是140分。

总之，150分不是这次新增加的150分，而是原有工作经验分数加上新的高薪职业分数之后的最高值。

这次改革主要调整的是加拿大工作经验和Job Offer相关的评分，并不意味着学历、语言能力、年龄以及技能转移等其他CRS评分因素全部取消。

第一档：2倍及以上

加拿大工作经验额外加70分；合格Job Offer加100分。

这里也能看出一个特点：

即使属于同一个行业，不同NOC职业的加分等级也可能不同。

例如，软件工程师属于第二档，而网站开发人员及程序员属于第三档。

因此，申请人需要根据自己的实际工作职责确定NOC，不能只看中文职位名称，更不能为了获得更高分数随意选择职业代码。
